TRAINING NEEDS ANALYSIS (TNA) CONSULTANCY SCHEME

This scheme is to enable Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) to identify their training needs systematically through TNA consultant and develop competency of its training personnel.

Eligibility Criteria

SMALL AND MEDIUM ENTERPRISE

1. Company must register with HRDF


2. Small and medium Enterprise


3. Manufacturing ≤ 200 employees
4. Services ≤ 75 employees
5. Minimum levy balance is RM 15,000
